We're having weird weather. It's snowing a ton right now, and the wind is blowing at about 40 mph. It is no fun being outside--it feels similar to having one's skin sandblasted and then the sand melting off. Not that I've ever been sandblasted. Yet, anyway.

Made more cheese this weekend--a caerphilly, which is a Welsh cheese. It'll be ready pretty fast--in like three weeks.
